Katy Wishard Lowrey, 93, of Waimea died April 22 in Hakalau. Born in Kohala, she volunteered at Foster Botanical Gardens on Oahu, North Hawaii Community Hospital and Paniolo House Committee in Waimea. Services 2 p.m. Saturday, May 23, at Kalahikiola Church in Kohala. Gathering to follow at Kolea, Wailea Bay. Memorial donations to Waimea Outdoor Circle and North Hawaii Hospice. Survived by sons, Packet (Debbi) Lowrey of Denver and Mike (Katie) Lowrey of Hakalau; five grandchildren. Arrangements by Dodo Mortuary.
